Hotel Policies:

  • Check-In: 4:00 pm

  • Check-Out Times: 12:00 pm

  • If any room is not vacated by this time, guest will be charged a late charge unless prior arrangements are made with the Hotel's management.

Early Arrivals & Late Departures:

  • If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, Hotel recommends booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, Hotel will be glad to store your bags and make their fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Resort Fee:

  • A daily reduced Resort Fee of $48, plus the current Clark County room tax, will be charged in addition to the room rate. This fee includes unlimited local, US long-distance and toll-free calls, access to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME in your room, PressReader services, a daily morning fitness program, a welcome drink or gift upon arrival, access to Hotel's private pool, sundeck and garden hot tub, and access to the pools, lazy river and wave pool at Mandalay Bay during regular operating hours and dates (seasonal). Inclusions are subject to change without notice.

Smoking Policy:

  • Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas does not permit smoking inside the Hotel. All guest rooms are non-smoking; a cleaning fee of up to USD1500 applies. Please contact the Front Desk by phone or via Four Seasons mobile app to enquire about designated smoking areas.

Pet Policy:

  • Guests of Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas are welcome to bring up to two domestic pets, each weighing 25 pounds (11 kilograms) or less (dogs or cats only). Pets may not be left in the room unattended, please contact Hotel Concierge to arrange professional pet sitting services.

Guaranteed Reservations:

  • All guest rooms must be guaranteed for arrival. A guarantee on each reservation may be in the form of an advance deposit for the payment of the first night's room and tax, either cash or prepayment on a major credit card at the time of reservation, or via pre-arrangements made with the Hotel's credit department.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days prior to arrival then Hotel will retain first night's room and tax deposit as a cancellation fee.

PARKING INFORMATION

Overnight parking is currently available at $45 per car, per night (subject to change).
